Terms of service

We offer 14 days from the date of delivery for returns and exchanges. All garments must be in their original condition, with tags attached and the hygiene protection intact. Garments that have been worn, stained, washed or altered in any way will not be accepted. If we receive items that do not meet these conditions, we will send them back to you. No exceptions.

If the price of an item changes after your purchase, the new price cannot be applied to previous orders. We do not make price adjustments.

RETURNS

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

EXCHANGES
For size or style exchanges, write to us at: shop@yalisa.fit
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Yalisa Fit.

Return and exchange address: we will send you the return address by email or WhatsApp once we approve your request. Please don't send any parcel before you have received it.
